Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Junqo (the "Service"), developed by Junqo Innovation Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Junqo is a software application that pairs directly with a companion hardware device to enable calling, SMS, USSD, WiFi hotspot management, and device monitoring, using a SIM card connected to the device.

Junqo does not require account registration. Access to the Service is based on pairing your app with your physical Junqo device, similar to pairing a Bluetooth accessory. There is no username, password, or centrally-managed account.

Junqo is currently offered as a prototype/early-access product developed by Nannoy Labs. Features, availability, and reliability may change without notice as the product evolves.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Junqo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Device Pairing and Access

• Access to the Service is controlled entirely through your physical possession of, and Bluetooth/WiFi pairing with, your Junqo hardware device.
• You are responsible for the physical and digital security of your paired device and phone. Since there is no account recovery system, losing your device or phone may mean losing access to data stored locally (see Privacy Policy, Section 2.2).
• You are responsible for any device management actions performed through the app while paired, including WiFi hotspot configuration, device restarts, and firmware updates.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, or unauthorized surveillance of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Junqo hardware or software beyond what is permitted for personal use
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in SIM box/call termination fraud as defined by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' use of the Service

Hardware Device

• The Junqo hardware device is provided separately and is subject to its own terms of sale/use (where applicable).
• You are responsible for the physical SIM card used with the device, including ensuring it is registered in accordance with Nigerian telecommunications regulations.
• Nannoy Labs is not responsible for network outages, carrier issues, or SIM registration problems outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design associated with Junqo are the property of Nannoy Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

• Junqo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during its prototype/early-access phase.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party telecommunications carriers, network coverage, or hardware malfunctions outside our direct control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nannoy Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, missed calls/messages, or business interruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app and unpairing your device.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or part, at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
